Agreed per partner. A first order is normally settled before the shipment leaves; terms open up as the relationship establishes and volume becomes predictable. Currency and method are confirmed on the pro forma invoice, before anything moves.

Yes. We agree a small first consignment so you can put the range in front of your own buyers before committing to volume. Sample shipments carry the same paperwork as a full order, so they clear customs the same way.
You do — and we supply the file. National registration (RNPTN in Argentina, the ISP in Chile, their equivalents elsewhere) has to be filed by an entity established in the market, which is your side of the table.
From ours: certificates of analysis, ingredient and batch specifications, manufacturer declarations and certificates of origin, in the format the authority asks for.
National exclusivity as standard: one partner per country, for the brands you take on. Regional scope where volume supports it. Term, scope and volume expectations are written into the agreement, and a territory that is performing does not get reopened behind you.
Then you lead with what is allowed. Mexico and Brazil prohibit the nicotine categories outright; Uruguay permits pouches while e-cigarettes stay banned under the 2009 decree; Argentina reopened for both in 2026, inside defined limits.
KiQ is caffeine, contains no nicotine at all, and sits outside those frameworks entirely. Where vapes are restricted, pouches are usually stronger — we would rather build a narrower range in a large market than write the market off.
Consignments are consolidated and routed through Panama. We quote EXW, FOB or CIF per destination, so where our responsibility ends is whichever incoterm you pick on the quote.
Import clearance and national duties are yours. Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin are issued with every consignment.
